Dale Spinar, broker/owner of Missouri Home & Land Brokers, is a real estate veteran. He got his start in the real estate industry in 1995 with Ken Tilman. He brings years of sales, listing and customer service expertise to the business. The brokerage is independently owned and operated by Mr. Spinar. He has been the acting broker since January 1, 2000. Mr. Spinar believes his willingness to spend extra money for advertising and public relations, has made his business a leader in local real estate.

The brokerage currently has five team sales associates; Connie English, Harry Spinar, Becky Streff, and Team LH's Richard Lehman and Keri Harris. Ms. English brings a strong marketing and management career to the team as she previously worked as a leader in sales and management; Harry Spinar brings a 25 year career of people skills to real estate after working for the United States Department of Agriculture; and Mrs. Streff, a licensed sales/broker associate, started her career in 1991 and is a multimillion dollar producer.

A Creative Office Staff Committed to Excellence

Mr. Spinar has an office staff of three to help with the advertising, daily calls, file management, MLS service and daily details of the business. Monica Thacker has been with the brokerage since 2004 and is the office manager with over 15 years of experience. Tasha Lara, daughter of the broker, is working as a receptionist and has plans to follow in her father's footsteps by sitting for the real estate exam in the near future. Joey Beaher is the advertising specialist. He earned a bachelors degree in journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia and worked as a photojournalist for The Sedalia Democrat before joining the team.
